The Value Snapshot Call
A working session, not a pitch. We walk through your key value drivers — your current value and your capacity to grow value — and you leave with priority moves you can act on, whether you ever sell or not.
How It Works
You complete the Construction Value Drivers Checklist so we can see your company more like a buyer or investor would — not just a banker looking at last year's numbers.
On the call, we walk through your key value drivers across People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash. We'll look at both your current value and your capacity to grow value.
You leave with 3–5 priority moves to increase enterprise value — whether you ever sell or not. If it's a fit, I'll also show you what working together looks like. If not, you still leave with a better plan.
The initial Value Snapshot Call is free. It's designed to give you clarity and let both of us decide if working together makes sense.
What We Walk Through
Before the Call
The fastest way to make the call count: take the Exit Readiness Scorecard first. Ten value drivers, rated honestly, private to you. Bring your score and your three weakest drivers — that's exactly where we'll start.
How does a buyer see your company today? Ten drivers, five minutes, your answers never leave the page.
Get Your Readiness ScoreWhenever You're Ready
You do not have to sell. The best outcome is often a company that's worth more to you and option-ready if life or markets change.
