This policy describes how Scaling Up Construction (operated by IronGate Entrepreneurial Support Systems, Memphis, Tennessee) handles information on this website. The short version: this site is built to give you tools, not to harvest your data.
The Exit Readiness Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your ratings and your score are calculated on your device and are not transmitted to us or anyone else. They're saved only in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off — clearing your browser's site data erases them.
If you email us, call us, or book a meeting, we receive whatever you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and company details). We use it to respond to you and to prepare for conversations you've requested. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Booking a call uses Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn, podcast platforms, and other external sites are governed by those services' policies once you leave this site.
This version of the site does not set marketing cookies or run third-party ad trackers. If we add basic analytics in the future to understand what content helps owners most, this policy will be updated first.
If you enter your email address to get a resource or join the list, we store it and use it to send you what you asked for, plus occasional useful material for construction owners. We don't sell it or share it. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any edition, or by emailing us.
